I feel like Team USA has the advantage in every matchup, but are capable of losing just about every game. The games are shorter in length, so if they lose the math battle from the three-point line it can get really interesting. Team USA is the best players in world, and they seem to want to play unselfishly. And I think the effort will be consistent once the games actually count. But the world has caught up. Not all the way just yet, but the game is global now, whereas the Dream Team was competing against startup nations from a basketball standpoint. It will be interesting to see how it shakes out.
